出願人ランキング

特許庁の公開公報に掲載される特許出願は、3つの種類があります。3つの種類の特許は、「公開特許公報」、「公表特許公報」及び「再公表特許」です。今回のランキングは、再公表特許に係る出願人ランキングです。

再公表特許

再公表特許とは、日本語で出願されたPCT出願で、日本国を指定国に移行された出願を公開するものです。実は、PCT出願の国際出願段階においてすでに国際公開されているため、既に世に知られた文献ではありますが、再度日本国に係属した旨を知らせるべく行政サービスとして公開されています。
