出願人ランキング

特許庁の公開公報に掲載される特許出願は、3つの種類があります。3つの種類の特許は、「公開特許公報」、「公表特許公報」及び「再公表特許」です。今回のランキングは、公開特許公報に係る出願人ランキングです。

公開特許公報

公開特許公報とは、国内出願されたものであり、特許法第64条に基づいて公開される特許出願です。通常出願から(優先権主張のあるものは、優先日から)1年6ヶ月で公開されます。なので、2016年に公開されたものは、1年半前に出願されたものとなります。ただし、出願人の希望で、公開することも可能なので、2016年に出願されたものも含まれる可能性があります。

表示内容
